For your convenience, we have added a 2nd Day air shipping option. See chart below for rates. For overnight shipments, add $20.00 to the 2nd Day air charges.
How will my order ship?
deReuze Gourmet Parcels are shipped FedEx Ground Home Delivery - Please specify if your shipping destination is a commercial address. Locations in AK, HI, PR and Post Office boxes will be shipped Priority Mail. USPS book rates apply. Additional charges levied will be passed on to customer.
When will my order ship?
Typically, your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Factors that may affect this timing are:
1. Product protection - We may hold your order until the following Monday to prevent perishable product from remaining in a truck over a weekend.
2. Christmas Season (Sept. 15th - Dec. 25th) - Though we make as many preparations as possible during the season, we may be up to a week behind. We will try to keep you updated if your order will be delayed more than 7 days.
3. Product Availability - If more than 20% of your order is out of stock, we may choose to hold the order until the required products arrive. If your order will be held for more than 7 days, we will contact you for possible substitutions.

How do I search for an item?
You may search the database in a variety of ways. Categories and sub-categories in the navigation box to the left organize all products. You may search by brand name, description, item ID number or Country name using the search box. Simply type your search criteria and click "Search." Or you may search by country using the drop down menu located on the upper left part of the page.
I have all my items numbers, is there a faster way to order?
type in the 'Search' box on the upper left of each page to order items by their catalog number.
How and where do I specify the quantity of each item I've added to my basket?
You can now enter the number you wish to purchase on the items page. Under the product description and price is a box marked Qty. Simply put in the amount you wish to order here and press add to cart and it will enter the specified ammount. You may also enter items in the check out page just change the quantities and click 'Update'
How do I make changes to my billing information?
Billing information (E-mail address, street address, and telephone number) may be easily edited through the checkout process. Please check and verify your billing information each time you check out.
How are returns handled?
Returns must be arranged by phone with a member of our Customer Service Team. A Return Authorization number will be issued to you. Your purchase will be credited upon arrival to our facility. Product returned without a "RA" number will not be credited.
What are your Site Requirements?
All browsers are adequate for browsing the deReuze Market site. However, fully functional order completion is only possible using a PC with a version of Internet Explorer 5.0 or above. Java Script must be enabled in your browser preferences.
Where do I add special notes (IE: Cheese cuts, delivery instructions, birth tile information, gift card messages, etc.)?
Special Instructions may be added to your order in the 'Order Comments' field of your shopping cart.
Can I send gifts?
We can ship gift purchases anywhere in the U.S. Simply select items and add them to your basket, proceed to checkout and fill out all necessary information. Please verify that recipient shipping info is entered correctly. You may add a card message to the Order Comments field in your Shopping Basket. Gift orders do not include wrapping.
Will I be charged sales tax?
6% sales tax will be added to non-food items shipped to locations in Michigan.
Can I order gift certificates?
Gift certificates may be purchased in set amounts of $25,$50,$75, or $100. If purchased alone, we will mail them free of charge to your recipient.
What are my payment options?
Phone, fax, and online orders may be paid with your Visa or MasterCard. In addition to bank cards, mailed orders may be paid by personal checks and money orders. There is no guarantee that the merchandise you have selected will be available by the time your order arrives to us. In this event, we will contact you for substitutions or hold a credit on your account to be applied to subsequent orders.
